INTERNAL RULES

    • Check-in starts at 2 pm and check-out is until 12 noon. We do not operate with late-check-out, except in low season if there is a possibility. (Ask the front desk).
    • Parking is free but is limited to 8 spaces and depending on the size of the car. It’s on a base of first come first served (as well once you are in the hotel and using your car to go around) . We offer parking in the city when ours is full (200 meters from the hotel).  Objects left inside the vehicle are the sole responsibility of the guest.
    • Pets are not allowed in the pousada/hôtel.
    • Housekeeping hours : Daily from 9am to 1pm.
    • Bed linen will be changed every 3 days. (Except if needed).
    • Only towels left on the floor will be replaced.

    • Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
    • Out of respect for your neighbors there must be absolute silence after 10pm.
    • It is not allowed to use sound equipment around the pool since the hotel has ambient music in the common area.
    • The hours of use of the pool are from 8am to 10pm.
    • It is not allowed to use glass elements around and in the pool. We provide plastic glasses.
    • The pousada neither has professional lifeguards in the pool area, nor security system; It is the sole responsibility of the guest to pay attention to their own ability to swim and to look after their children when they are near the pool.
    • In the common areas of the hotel only the consumption of bar products is allowed. External alcoholic beverages may be consumed upon payment of a 50 Reais “tax”.
    • We kindly ask you not to bring room towels from the hotel to the beach. Ask reception for beach towels.
    • Whenever you enter or leave the room, make sure you locked the door & the windows and  that the taps are shut (water is precious here).
    • Visitors’ cars must remain outside the parking lot or in case there is a vacancy available, you can request authorization at the reception.
    • Right before check-out we ask you to please give the key to the receptionist or the housekeeper so they can check that you haven’t forgotten anything.
    • In case any object is found in the room after the departure of the guest, it will remain stored at the reception for a period of 30 days.
    • The hotel is not responsible for lost or forgotten objects inside the establishment.
    • For more security the hotel has safes in all rooms, to use them please ask Reception. The hotel is not responsible for valuables or money left in the rooms (including in the safe)

NB : We are not responsible for the work of external service providers, such as: Taxis, buggies, transfers, sports activities etc … Any accident, delay or problems of any nature will be the sole responsibility of the service provider and never of the Tartaruga Inn managed by the company. Paris Tropical Investimentos e Hotéis LTDA. In case of problems with the service provider, the guest will proceed directly with him.
