CANCELLATION POLICY

• If cancelled up to 30 days before check-in : 100% of the deposit will be returned. (In Brazilian Reais – less our bank transfer fee).
• If cancelled up to 30 days before check-in : 100% of the deposit will be returned. (In Brazilian Reais – less our bank transfer fee).
• If cancelled less than 15 days before check-in : no refund of deposit.
• In case of No Show, there will be no refund of the deposit.
• In case of cancellation within 30 days before your arrival due to an OFFICIAL lockdown that prevents you from traveling (Natural Disaster, Sanitation, Politics…), we will either give you a credit of the amount already paid at the time of your deposit, for another stay within 18 months, or we will apply our cancellation conditions.
